JudicialWatch.org. They are the ones producing the majority of the FOIA documents that have made it to the public during the past few years, and FOIA docs cost thousands of dollars to obtain. Donating to them is always money that you can count on to produce results.

I pay for The Epoc Times (support 'real' journalism) & Protonmail (support 'real' tech - they came out in support of Hong Kong during the protests & that won me over to being a paying customer).
