Looks like photochop to me. Hats don't fit. Candace looks like a painted doll head. Arms in sleeves look like spaghetti noodles. Everything seems very off.

Edit: does anyone else get realdoll vibes from this photo? Both people are scrawny, seem plasticy, the hats are too large.
