I don't know anyone that has had any problems and I know loads of libs that got it.

The thing is, how do I know you aren't one of ALICE's cousins? Sure you have posts that I can look at, but how do I know?

I'm not being rude. I'm just saying that there is no way for me to check that what you said is the truth. Do you see what I mean?

That being said, I'm sorry to hear about the people you know that are having issues.
