You would be surprised what panicked individuals will do when it comes to sitting in jail or somthing even worse. Those that committed crimes know that its not looking good for themselves. Sitting there having to continually think are they coming to get me today? Its a terrible feeling and that was only for a an assault charge and I didn't even start the fight or swing first.
