Chris Miller Secty of Def under Trump transferred all Pentagon (CIA) operations under his control. That was Black Ops. So, What's going on? CIA trying to take control back bay stagging a false flag to shut the building down? Or is it White Hat Operations to confiscate Black Ops agenda; documents, laptops, computers, files, etc.

Remember the reports about the CIA-Headquarters raid in Langley, VA? Helicopters and special forces?
