I have a question that has not been addressed as far as I can see. My employer is requiring you to show a vaccination card to have the "Privilege" of not wearing a mask. I dont believe I should have to show them anything to not wear a mask, if they are letting others do so, I should have the same right. Here's the kicker, they have no database of who showed their vaccine record, so how can they enforce this without being discriminatory towards a person who does not get vaccinated for religious reasons. How can they prove they audited employees in a fair manor.

HIPPA protects you from having your medical record shared by those that already have access with those that don't without your consent. It does not stop someone from asking about something in your medical record, you can still refuse to respond, and they can refuse you service or employment as a result.
