This is it. When they said only unvaccinated didn't have to wear a mask it was clearly a civil rights violation. Not only could my work not tell who was vaccinated, they couldn't enforce I unequally based on my medical history.

Yes. They are Public Accomodations under the Civil Rights Act. They also have rules under the ADA that they must abide by.
