Extend the POTUS term limit to 3 while simultaneously adding congress term limits, preferably two consecutive and no more than three non-consecutive terms, and you can only serve one of each house of congress. "They'll just replace themselves with groomed candidates" is an awful excuse when the same parasites have been in congress for almost four decades, some even more so.
