I'm gonna ask the question - what exactly IS the cdc? Apparently an entirely private company funded to a huge extent by vaccine makers, fine. But if so, why do they have any regulatory authority, or ability to issue orders of any kind? Is it sort of like the federal reserve sort of deal, a private company that somehow has been delegated authority to, that they are free to abuse at any time?

And if its a government body, how the hell can vaccine companies not be arrested for bribery for all the 'donations' that they used to fund the CDC?
