It would be terrible if millions of rental properties were to go up in flames, wouldn't it?

Because, how long will the CDC unilaterally trample over the rights of property owners? How many more times will they extend this unlawful moratorium? It's been up to 1.5 years now? And the landlords have no voice here, they are being vilified if they speak out.
But...if their properties were to mysteriously go up in flames, the millions of deadbeat squatting "renters" would be out of the street, while "distraught" landlords collect insurance payouts. And they still own their land.
Just saying...it would be a huge tragedy!
Already been a HUGE uptick in "accidental" fires of those businesses hardest hit by the lock-downs in some areas.
I live in a rental, my rent is paid. I like my home thank you very much glowie.
Hey, if you paid then great, you are a great person who didn't take advantage of a messed up moratorium! However, there are a lot of people out there screwing property owners, who have no voice or recourse.
Yeah landlord is going to sell us the house waiting on building materials for new siding, and windows. Meanwhile we've lived here long enough and paid enough rent here that she doesn't owe a mortgage any longer , the landlady likes me and wants it to be my forever home it's a cute two story, needs a little updating, but not much.
One more swipe at the constitution. Seeing Bydans comments on it, scary that they only see the Constitution as a temporary road block. That alone is treason is it not? Also giving CDC a pass on violating the constitution. All those people will get to keep their residence but also give CDC of all people to decide if they have to follow Constitutional law. This is a lot bigger than people think in regards to legal precidence.
how can this yo yo sign anything she is not a legislator this is illegal as hell...
I challenge anyone to find anything these marxists are doing that isn't in any way breaching our god given rights protected by the constitution.
They just don't care.
