Is the local news guy a paid talking head? Or just some local dr whos been indoctrinated into believing everything the medical community says is fact, then goes on tv thinking they are "helping make the world a safer place?"

Im sure a lot of these dr hold ama n all that other crap to a high standard.

Eitherway, this should be a top down tricking effect, kinda like what green span did with the economy
