That isn’t such a bad idea. Unfortunately it doesn’t solve the problem of older or used vehicles. But there are more pressing issues at hand. Can we make all bills clean bills. Deal only with infrastructure not with other pet, pork projects that cost trillions. How hard is that. The bill would be shorter, and everyone could read it before voting on it.
