I have PDFs sometimes I'd like to upload for review by the fine patriots here; don't wanna use Google Drive for anonymity.

Suggestions?

Would these also be good for sending longer videos through email instead of going through google drive? Or, any suggestions for that?

Depends how long videos. But if you send to another person why you not just encrypt ? Send encrypted archive even. For example 7zip supports encryption.

Person who receive knows/shall know the password,but server do not,so couldn't touch and censor your message.
