Why wouldn't he? He signs their checks. He could have them wear fur pink bunny outfits and they'd have to or quit. 'Elections have consequences'

He hasn’t yet because they tried this 20 years ago with the anthrax vax and lost a LOT of valuable skilled personnel, namely pilots. They had to revoke the anthrax vax mandate because enough service members walked away and/or refused.
