I assume Pelosi is not the Judge in charge of sentencing right? She has no power to ban them from a real courtroom right? This is just banning them from one of those basement hearings they are always conducting right? Where nothing is ever accomplished right?

Someone fill me in, this is not a Military tribunal and Pelosi has no authority to do anything but to run a Congressional hearing right? Or are we drunk on power doing anything we please?
