So a couple days ago the Federal 5th Circuit Court of Appeals case for Defense Distributed against the state of NJ for putting it's 3D printed files online went into a smack down drag out fight and it was astonishing to get to witness it all. Why it matters for everyone is that the eventual ruling from my understanding will make a difference as to whether one state can hold jurisdiction over other states in how they share 3d printed gun files and what is classified as protected free speech on the internet. The two female judges (out of three hearing the case, the other a beta Obama appointed judge who kept on trying to take up our lawyer's time / clearly an agenda etc.) were with us and were breath taking to watch in their power as they effortlessly devoured New Jersey's arrogant lawyer who was not used to being schooled by her superiors, e.g. fabulous snarky slaying retorts such as “DON’T DITHER WITH ME!” - which I think has to now show up on some t-shirts but whatevs!
