Trump was one of the fathers of modern project management, he is a king at it and he know how to run a good project.
Pilots are vital as you can figure out all the weaknesses with your approach and correct them before you go live. This is it!!

Because if it was the white hats would have lost, JFK tried that and was shot and killed and so was the information with him.
This was not the first attempt at removing the deep state, JFK tried, Nixon Tried, etc,
The trump team reviewed all those plans and why they went wrong. In project land this is called a PIR (Post Implementation Review) and they would have made the changes to the new plan to learn from those mistakes.
Nixon was impeached, so that’s why trump was shielded from impeachment.
Follow this thinking and the reason for the fake drips becomes obvious.
