Any paperwork I can give them to tell them to fuck off? Religious exemption, or something else?

Tell them ok ... go to work with mask on but take it off after several days ... make them fire you over it - then take them to court and prove that masks don't work - scientifically and you can't be forced to wear a "medical device."
