Sorry, I'm too old to know how to fake this. If you go to qalerts.app you can see the notification to ignore the now non-existent post 4953 of 8/5/2021. But if their explanation is what actually happened, it is pretty gay.

It showed up on my screen. Now that I refreshed, there is a message that says "Ignore 8/5/2021 notification. Code mistake while moving some files between servers. That pesky old fake drop (#4954) wound up still laying around in a file somewhere."
