This is part of the Mass Psychosis programming. [They] have to continue the Fear build up followed by moments of Calm where you think things are going back to normal, followed by ramping up of Fear again. They are conditioning everyone with isolation and baiting them with false hope.

The way to break it is to UNPLUG from their Fake News (we have all done this), Mock the Leaders (we do this regularly here), and Live in Freedom, building a parallel society apart from the Borg (also what we are doing.).
