A terminal for the plebs with no real computing power unless it is connected to the quantum computer cloud. A computer in your hands is too dangerous for you, you could get hacked or share dangerous information. Not only that, but now legacy computer tech is so ancient and slow compared to a large quantum computer which is only available on the cloud mainframe. AI scans all text messages, monetary transactions, videos, and music for any dangerous content.
