How much of the horse paste would an adult person take?

Depends on the weight of the person. Typical dose is 0.1cc per 10lbs of weight. The normal horse syringe is for a 1250lb animal. 6 doses for 200 lb men per syringe.

A 200 lb man takes about a 1/2” of the paste (it’s actually a clear gel). It’s a very small amount, seems less than a regular fish oil capsule size.

You would measure it out as 4 teeth (1 tooth = 50 lbs) of this type:
