IMO, They wont stop unless they see us as strong, united and intent on taking them all down. They think they have the upper hand because we are patient and calm but when the word comes so do we.

They think they have the upper hand because they do. They are literally pushing death shots on the world and thinking "who is going to stop us?" So far that answer is no one and in that respect they are right and will continue to do whatever the hell they want.
