My hospital announced vaccine mandate for all employees on Wednesday -including remote from home employees. I am getting a lot of heat from the providers I work with for resigning. I was told my decision is stupid to just get vaxxed. I said no and all opinions aside I am a free standing US Citizen and I have the right of choice. Doc tells me... “yea, not necessarily...” I told him, yes I do and I quit. The other one told me that I will be the last one resisting that the whole nation is getting vaxxed. I laughed... told him... “umm.. no... we are the majority, stop watching CNN Health.” He walked out. Counting the days until I leave... ugh...

Two hospitals that I know of in Missouri have done the same and both have had public protests in front of their buildings. Haven't heard what will come of that.
Hopefully they make enough noise. Overhere I am surrounded by sheeple and no one takes a stand. I was the only one unvaxxed in an office of 15.
Good for you. Maybe they'll call you back when the rest of the staff keels over from the jab...not that you'd want to go back there, but their request would be poetic justice.
Thank you! Right?! That would be nice. 👊🤨
You would be fine working back there in a couple of years. The staff will all be contrite or new. Contrite is what I hope for of course!
