Internet connection?

Has anyone else here been having connectivity problems. We have Spectrum and for the 4th night in a row, the internet has gone down for a while. Tonight, even my iPhone personal hotspot wouldn't work.

Just wondering if "they" are practicing for the internet to go down.

I am not even in the same part of the world but I have recurring slow connection, where I can’t load pictures on social media, this page run slow, etc. But I can download movies at full speed. Seems like they are Trying to get us used to not seeing memes.
