I’ve been playing Watch Dogs: Legion occasionally, and I’ve noticed there is an eerie similarity between what is coming and what happens in the game. The game literally starts with the antagonist talking about a “hard reset” by killing off thousands of people in a false flag. The op frames a hacker group called DedSec for the bombings and ushers in a PMC to crack down on London through travel restrictions, lockdowns, and mass surveillance, all while the mainstream media play coverup and damage control. But the people end up rising against it, starting with a VOAT-like site, then something similar to Rumble. Eventually, it all comes crashing down on them. Reminds me a lot of “they won’t be able to walk down the street”.
