I just watched this video and I'm wondering. If the shot gets the RNA to create a bit of covid so your body becomes immune to it, how can this be done if they can't isolate covid?

I know this might be a daft question but i don't understand how this is possible.

So if covid doesn't exist, they cannot isolate it etc then what was created at the wuhan lab, what gain of function research did Fauci fund? Nothing? Come on.
