I can't imagine being so short-sighted as to not see the whole picture. Each individual declaration of public outrage, such as a petition, is insignificant on its own.
On it's own, it is nothing but a barometer of another segment of the population awakening to the reality... and yet when bundled all together, these innumerable acts of defiance bear such a weight as to crush the evil hand that has held the puppet strings for so long.
