That's really weird.. if you look at her right foot at the same time the sound occurs (0:12) it looks like a coin or something similar falls out of her pant leg

It could be,I know something fell I figured the woman that was holding her arm probably dropped a cuff key but only they know for sure what happened all we can do speculate and hope that the monster was arrested.
