Question - can you quantify how they are changing the rules? I think we all know they are, as this all sounds patently insane, and there have been some instances in the past that people point to where they didnt follow whatever protocol they had.

However, I am not seeing anyone making a pointed argument as to why this is off the rails insane - is it just not public?
