The AZ Senate demanded from Dominion access to the passwords and accompanying material pursuant to the contract that was signed when the equipment and services were purchased.
Dominion recently responded with a legal letter saying that they were not going to turn over the information as it was proprietary information from a private company.
I am no legal genius but would the revelation in Devolution Part 5 allow AZ Senate to demand and expect their request to Dominion and superspeed their rights as a private company?
Since Dominion was a member of EISCC then they have an open obligation to turn over any and all information related to the election in AZ to the Senate upon request?
It seems like everyone is just trying to kick the can down the road as long as possible. The AG just responded that they would do an investigation to determine if the Maricopa board of supervisors made a violation and if they did they have 30 days to correct it, and if they don't correct it they lose funding. What the hell kind of bullshit is that?
I think its heading toward the exhaustion of all legal options so that you know who can step in.
Can someone help me with this?
