Went to the doctor for a messed up eye. Had to wear the mask. They take my blood pressure and it's 150 something over something. Nurse says that's high for my age. I know it's because I hate the fucking masks. Doc comes in looks at the eye and wants to address my high blood pressure. I explain that these masks make my blood pressure go up and to let me take the mask off and and chill and check it again. 10 minutes later 120 something over something... normal. The masks have become my precipice. I cannot, and will not wear them anymore. Doc asks me if I've been vaccinated and I explained to him that I have not, will not, and told him my reasons. His only response was "fair enough". Fortunate that my employer is anti mask and did not enforce them all of last year (we are in manufacturing). The stores all around me are putting up the signs that masks are required unless vaxed but are not checking. The sheep are increasing as a few weeks ago it was about 5% wearing masks and it's close to 50% now. The insanity and hypocrisy I see all around me is really starting to take it's toll. I'm praying Mike Lindell's week is a huge boom week that no one will be able to deny. If not, I'm going on the DL to refresh for a bit.
I understand. The masks give me a rapid heartbeat. It doesn't take long before I get dizzy and have a full on physical panic attack. I went shopping Saturday, maskless, the mandates went into effect a few days earlier. One week ago no one wore masks in the store, saturday I was the only one not wearing a mask (aside from one little old lady who I saw briefly). Now, I live in a red area. I know most people don't want to wear masks. No one was wearing them despite the propaganda of the last year and a half, not shoppers, not employees. So this tells me that the real problem we have here, the real pandemic, is cowardice. BTW, not one employee asked me to put on a mask the whole time I was there. In fact, I was greeted several times, asked how my day was and so on. I know the employees don't want to wear them either. How can we encourage people to stop being cowards?
Be the lion they wish they were. Courage breeds courage.
I've been a lion for awhile. Sometimes the Hyenas get to me though, and I require a recharge. I'm teetering at that point because of all the mandates returning. I know my limits. This is a big week for me, and it will either ignite me or cause me to need a recharge. Either way I'll be back to fight.
I don't know the answer to that one. That is one of my biggest disappointments; the lack of spine of our American people. It's not how I was raised, not how the country was formed, and not what is going to get us out of this mess. We are the USA not fucking France. I'll go to grocery store maskless as long as I can. If they kick me out I'll be sure to have a full cart of food that they will have to throw out.
In my 40s. In above average health and it was in the 150s :(
I don't think your meme conveys that.
think you're going for something more like 'do not comply' rather than Buffalo Bill.
Maybe. You think if I wear the skin of a politician that my message, that I've had it with the bullshit, will get lost in translation?
😂
