This has to to do with the Chicom made mother boards with that little chip the size of a grain of rice. It what caused our fighters and helicopters to fall out of the sky and our ships to collide. Q showed us this, it was part of Trump’s rebuilding of the military, replace al those motherboards. They were easily hacked and lost control.
