I have no secret inside information to share. Anybody know where Joe Biden is? I'm hearing lots of rumors from unreliable sources that he's out of commission. Anybody know and care to share?

The more interesting question is whether or not he's so brain-dead that they can't even prop him up like a puppet for 5 minutes at a time anymore?
