Josh Merritt, who is on the team hired by Mike to interrogate the data, said the packet captures are unrecoverable in the data, and that the data can't prove that China hacked in. He added that the $5 million offer is "no longer on the table". Can anyone confirm?

This seems hard to believe. The PCAP's were vetted by experts before this event. Have different experts invalidated the previous findings?
