Organize in your local community. As I mentioned we need Patriot Early Warning and Mobilization Network too. Use legal ways as there is no direct confrontation,and it looks we are already winning.

Waiting for the military coming to save us,but waiting so prepared that military would be already like nice bonus,best hope( not only hope) is the way. Stop panicking and if you still fear make your preparations for shit hiting the fan - if you would be wrong and military will come (have more hope - it will) those things still can be useful for you.
