I don’t think that’s even good enough. He is one guy. He killed thousands. There’s no amount of pain or torture that one guy can be subjected to that can make up for that many deaths.

We’d need a signed affadavit from Satan himself saying Cuomo is in the 9th circle of Hell, chillin with Stalin and Mao.
