My husband works for a CA healthcare facility. He was told today that he has until Sept. 30th to vax up or lose his job. Does anyone know how he can get an exemption to not take the jab? Any help would be appreciated.

The religious exemption (against taking aborted fetal cells, or experimental medications that test on aborted fetal cells, for example) is pretty powerful because it references the first amendment. You do not have to be a church attendee to claim religious objections. And the organisation do not have the right to ask you to prove your religion either. This exemption even applies to Vegans, who recently gained religious standing. Again, they do not have the right to ask you to prove you are a Vegan. You just need to claim it.
There is also the fourth amendment which states that they do not have the right to drag you off and force a needle in your arm.
Furthermore, the organisation has no right to force an experimental vax on their employees. This is against the Nuremberg Code, on several counts.
Stick to your guns, because it will force their hand, and they will make a mistake. This is a game of chicken. However, don't fear their propaganda, which is what this is. They have no legal standing. The 'guidance' from the federal government is not law.
Nevertheless, there is a risk that these actions may end in dismissal and will then have to be argued in court after the fact, and such lawsuits can be expensive. Try to look at options. One opportunity that is opening is helping parents with education, as they are taking their kids out of school. Again network, and find out how you can help them. Maybe by having small classes in your home, or even garage. The healthcare quals are useful for science, maths and english, and a certificate in teaching kids will not be hard to gain.
Try to network amongst your colleagues, so that you can bring a class action when mass dismissal happens. However, as I said, they have no legal standing, so try to not focus on that aspect too much. There are lawyers who will bring those suits, no doubt someone will post that list of lawyers here. I am praying for all peeps in this situation.
BTW, I remember that CA passed legislation to ignore the religious exemption. Please remember that legislation that is contrary to the constitution is not legitimate.
