I don't know the official date, but I do know when it caught my attention. There was a day early on - I think it may have been the first part of April 2020 where I think it was Adam Schiff tweeted out a copy of a letter to the CEOs of YT/Goo. The letter was asking them for 'help' to stop the spread if 'misinformation' on CV. The reason I caught it was because a friend of mine had texted me a link to a YT video that I didn't get a chance to watch immediately. When I finally did, it had been censored. I told him he had been a bad boy. It had been an interview with doctors on the ground in Bakersfield and what they were seeing with CV and it wasn't lining up with the narrative that was being pushed. It wasn't anything 'underground . It was a local news station- something that had already been televised (he resent the link to the station's website). I went back and checked the dates of the day my friend first sent the YT link and the date of Schiff 's letter to the Tech CEOs. YT video had been pulled the day or so after the letter.

(Between watching Out of Shadows (on Good Friday) and this is what lead me down the rabbit hole to Q.)
