While in a meeting with HR to get the paperwork, I brought up The Binding of Isaac and how it was a story of faith that ultimately offers the moral of how one should never be made to sacrifice one's own flesh to prove allegience to a higher authority. I was sneered at and told "that's a real stretch".
I get the feeling nothing is going to be good enough for these God-hating goblins, but I'm going to be researching throughout the week anyway. Any help would be appreciated.
Just make sure you haven't had a vax in the past if going this route.
Your past doesn’t matter - that’s what makes Christ’s gift so amazing.
I agree & that is a good retort, just mentioned it as I've heard that as a rebuttal to the employee making the assertion.
All sin and fall short of the glory of God but once we understand we are called to turn from those sins. I have made a lifetime worth of mistakes but God is greater than my mistakes. Praise God for otherwise what hope would there be for the likes of me.
“This is a trustworthy saying, and everyone should accept it: “Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners”—and I am the worst of them all.” 1 Timothy 1:15 NLT
“But God’s truth stands firm like a foundation stone with this inscription: “The Lord knows those who are his,” and “All who belong to the Lord must turn away from evil.”” 2 Timothy 2:19 NLT
“For we are each responsible for our own conduct.” Galatians 6:5 NLT
“Because we have these promises, dear friends, let us cleanse ourselves from everything that can defile our body or spirit. And let us work toward complete holiness because we fear God.” 2 Corinthians 7:1 NLT
Unfortunately, yes I have. As I stated in a previous post, I spent a number of years in a dark place without God in my life. Even then, I was unaware of how evil vaccines were until I had my awakening a couple of years ago and began reading into the research posted here (and previously, Voat). There's nothing I can do about my past ignorance except pray for forgiveness and make sure that others are informed going forward.
I had dodged last year's flu shot (was never contacted about it) and had been planning to apply for a religious exemption regardless this year. Them making the covid jab mandatory has sped the process along, however.
I'm guessing that, regardless of this, they'll use it against me.
