Hmm, so 2:20 came and went and my phone received NOTHING!

Interesting... I wonder why my phone (and my wife's) was exempt from the EMS? Anybody know?

UPDATE: almost half an hour later and STILL nothing. Maybe the government has granted my long-term wish TO SIMPLY BE LEFT ALONE!!

I had to turn on the ability to receive the notifications on my android phone.... And I think they're being done in stages.... Some people got theirs before I got mine...
