The type indicates State and local alert

When examining through my phone, I noticed that this type of alert (and ONLY this type of alert) had been turned off.

I use Verizon. These alert types have been turned back on, but who knows if Verizon will decide to forcefully (without telling me) to turn it back off again, or even just not process the alert altogether.
