Since we never got the alert ourselves, you think it could be a ploy for the DS to keep them thinking. I've heard it will be rescheduled for the 25th of this month should anyone not get it.

Did not in SE Wisconsin but we had severe weather yesterday and some coming this afternoon. Often when there's severe weather around they don't run the monthly tornado horn test either.
