Just so I understand correctly, you enabled that setting at least a few minutes before 2:20 PM Eastern Time?

No, i checked them at about 9 Am this morning and again around 2pm. Theyve been enabled the entire time. I took a screenshot at around 2:40- 2:50pm to prove its all enabled and it stated "You have not recieved any alerts at this time."
