Right. Not to mention none of these Congress-members have any idea whatsoever what blockchain is, how it operates, or what it can do. It's ridiculous that some Big Banking bitch ass on Wall Street can write up a bill, hand it to Republican or Democrat Congress-members and say "hey, heres a bill. Sign it". Only coward filth would be such a cuck.
There are (or used to be) house rules against non germain amendments. The senate allows them. Then they have to go to a conference cmte to decide and then both houses have to pass the conference report. Unless the rules cmte allows this then any member can object.
These new members should become familiar with H.R. Gross who by using the house rules and precedents stopped a lot of hanky panky.
