This is how you know if you are an "essential worker" or not. Refuse to get vaccinated and see what they do. If they fire you, good - get severance / package whatever and find a better place. If they dont, then you know they really need you - perhaps time to renegotiate your contract!

Many companies are putting people on unpaid leave until they get vaxed, pretty much forcing them to quit.
Long time since I worked for big companies, I dont even know how they can get away with this.
