I don't believe that was him talking on the video (just my opinion from what i heard on the video) but there are other Q drops pointing to the fact that he may have flipped and is working with white hats.

There are a lot more Q watch drops but there are enough here to compare this watch to the one in Hunter's photo.
Another drop talking about how Hunter may be communicating that the laptop has damning evidence on it. The world would not know about this laptop at all if he just sent texts to everyone saying that he had it. It had to be publicly revealed.
