Didn’t have EBS but I noticed phone battery drained overnight

Started at 80% and overnight went to 10%.

Usually it only goes down maybe 20% overnight.

Are they running a stealth update?

It was for iPhone

Kind of odd but I noticed after that alert yesterday my phone started charging super slowly. It charged fully overnight but somthing seemed to change after the alert for whatever reason.

I'm almost positive it said EAC alert when I got the message. Does that stand for Election Assistance Commission? I turned my phone off quickly and threw it in the microwave because I didn't want it to try and do a forced update.

Afterwords I looked at the alert message and it says nothing about EAC. It just says it's a test message.
