I am in NC, masks are no longer mandated. I attempted to go into the state run liquor stores (ABC stores), they now mandate them in government buildings. Being in a liberal county they are enforcing this. I stared at the guy in disbelief and left. I try not to take it out on the moron whose job it is to police this, even though at some point we need to make there job suck.

I will not wear a mask, so I drove to a neighboring county with a conservative sheriff, no signs on the ABC store there. I made a larger than normal purchase.

The taxes from ABC stores are distributed to the counties where the purchase was made. So I emailed my county telling them what I had done and that I will push all my friends and neighbors to do the same. I will do the same thing if masks are mandated for grocery stores, if the local stores won't let me shop mask free I will drive to other counties, I will not order online, I will deprive the business of my money.

I know this is small, but we all need to do these small things to make a big difference. Thanks for reading.
