I'm not sure. Maybe? Maybe not? Who knows anymore.

I have seen some articles about some Texas Roadhouse locations having a Hep A Vaccine requirement. One in Kentucky mandated all employees to get it after there was a breakout of it.

^ninja edit : I know these two vaccines are completely different (ChinaFlu and Hep A) but the concept of requiring a baseline of health precedent has long already been set.
